ASHE is open to anyone who is interested in any facet of the highway industry, whether it is in design, construction, maintenance, material supply, trucking, utilities, right-of-way services, survey, environmental, or any other aspect. Our mission statement is, “To provide a forum for members and partners of the highway industry to promote a safe, efficient and sustainable highway system through education, innovation and fellowship.”
